On May 16, 2025, the State Board of Community Colleges (SBCC) approved the Waiver of 1D SBCCC 400.11 – Education Services Through Career and College Promise (Curriculum). The proposed waiver would allow implementation of a pilot program expanding eligibility criteria for 9th and 10th grade students in Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways.
