AI Across the Enrollment Funnel: Outreach, Yield, and Retention

Examines AI applications across the full enrollment funnel — from inquiry and outreach, through application and yield, into early retention — with attention to the relationship boundaries between automated and human touchpoints. Addresses prospect-data handling, communications consent, accuracy of automated messaging, and matching applicants with programs that actually fit.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
