AI Governance, Information Security, and the Compliance Floor

Returns explicitly to the compliance floor in depth: institutional AI governance, vendor risk, shadow-AI policy, and data residency — and how community colleges can build governance that is realistic, enforceable, and not so heavy that it pushes adoption underground. Includes policy templates, approval workflows, incident response, and training as a compliance instrument.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
