AI in Human Resources and Professional Development

Reviews HR-focused applications — recruiting, onboarding, performance support, and professional-development planning — with particular attention to the well-documented risks of bias in AI-supported hiring and evaluation. Addresses EEO considerations, employee-data privacy, onboarding workflows, and every-employee AI fluency programs.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
