AI in Workforce and Continuing Education: Agility and Employer Alignment

Looks at how non-credit and workforce programs can use AI to accelerate curriculum agility, employer alignment, and credential design — the side of the college that often moves fastest and can model adoption for credit programs. Addresses data sharing with employer partners, learner consent, rapid curriculum updates, labor-market analysis, and AI fluency as a workforce credential in its own right.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
