Augmenting Student Success: AI in Advising, Coaching, and Early Alert

Explores how AI can support, not substitute for, human advising and coaching relationships. Covers triage, communication drafting, FERPA-safe summarization of student records, and predictive support models, with attention to caseload management, follow-up cadence, early-alert response, and training advisors to work effectively in AI-supported workflows.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
