The North Carolina Student Success Center is pleased to invite you to Connecting Students to Support: Bringing FindHelp to Your Campus, a statewide virtual session presented in partnership with FindHelp.

FindHelp is a free resource available to all 58 North Carolina community colleges, providing an easy way to connect students with thousands of local community resources that address basic needs and remove barriers to success. Whether your institution is exploring FindHelp for the first time or looking to expand its use, this session will provide practical guidance for getting started.

During this interactive session, participants will:

  • Learn how to integrate FindHelp into their college website at no cost.
  • Explore the platform’s features and capabilities.
  • Discover how students, faculty, and staff can quickly locate local resources for food, housing, transportation, childcare, healthcare, financial assistance, and more.
  • Learn practical strategies for incorporating FindHelp into existing student support and referral processes.
  • Hear how FindHelp can strengthen your college’s holistic student support efforts and improve access to community resources.

Whether you work in advising, student services, financial aid, counseling, TRIO, retention, or another student-facing role, this session will provide practical tools to help connect students with the resources they need to succeed.

We hope you will join colleagues from across North Carolina as we explore how FindHelp can strengthen student support and expand access to community resources across our campuses.
