We are pleased to invite all 58 colleges in the North Carolina Community College System to our upcoming FREE Trellis Strategies Presentation, where we will:
- Review 2024 Student Financial Wellness Survey (SFWS) results for North Carolina
- Highlight the benefits of participation
- Encourage colleges to commit to the Fall 2025 survey
Why Participate?
Trellis’ SFWS is a free resource that sheds light on how students’ financial stability and mental health affect their academic success. Since 2018, more than 3.8 million students at nearly 300 institutions have taken part, giving colleges actionable insights to improve student outcomes.
Key Benefits:
- Benchmark performance – Compare your students’ financial wellness indicators with statewide and national peers.
- Data-driven decisions – Inform emergency aid, financial aid, mental health, and resource-referral initiatives.
- Strategic planning support – Strengthen grant proposals, program design, and policy development with robust evidence.
- Institutional impact – Use results to enhance wraparound services, launch emergency aid funds, and reduce stigma around seeking assistance.
What to Expect During the Workshop:
- A breakdown of the 2024 survey results from North Carolina colleges
- A step-by-step overview of how to participate in the Fall 2025 SFWS
- Ideas for applying results to strengthen wraparound support
- A live Q&A with Trellis experts who can walk through your questions
