Voices of the Community: Year One Reflections and Year Two Directions

Closes the year with a panel of Community of Practice participants representing different functional areas, sharing what they implemented during the year, what they learned, and what they want to take on in Year Two. This session models the professional arc from learner to contributor to mentor, and seeds the Year Two calendar with community-generated topics.

Target Audience: Open to all faculty, staff, and administrators across the NC Community College System.
