Asheville catering company issues proclamation for National Apprenticeship Week

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The owner of a local catering company has issued a proclamation in support of National Apprenticeship Week and called upon other hospitality industry partners to recognize the value of apprenticeships.

James Kammann, owner of Dining Innovations LLC, wrote in the proclamation that apprenticeship programs “are uniquely capable of providing the academic and work-based learning” needed to help bridge the skills gap in the U.S. hospitality industry.
