Madison Barkley

Currently, I am in my final semester at Wilson Community College (WCC).  I am working on my associate degree in Accounting and Business Administration.  I have taken classes at WCC since high school, and I have always loved the atmosphere of the College. 

When I started at WCC in Fall 2017, I was on the path to completing my associate degree only in Accounting.  Luckily, I had an amazing instructor who encouraged me to double major in Accounting and Business Administration and still graduate in May 2019.  I was already in classes for both degrees, so it only made sense.  She helped me determine what classes I needed to complete both degrees and still graduate in May 2019.  If it was not for her, I would have ever thought of double majoring, and I am so thankful.

After graduation, I will attend East Carolina University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
