[Media Advisory] The Durant Bible to be Used for Installation Ceremony

What: The George Durant Bible, on loan from the UNC-Chapel Hill Louis Round Wilson Special Collections Library, will be used for the Installation Ceremony of the 8th System President, Dr. James C. Williamson at 10 a.m. on April 10 at Richmond Community College. The installation ceremony will feature programs and showcase colleges and students from the following community colleges: Alamance Community College, Nash Community College, Pitt Community College, Randolph Community College, Richmond Community College, Sandhills Community College, South Piedmont Community College, Surry Community College, and Wake Technical Community College.

Where: The Robert L. and Elizabeth S. Cole Auditorium and Community Center, Richmond Community College, Hamlet, North Carolina

When: Monday, April 10, 2017 at 10 a.m.

Who: President James. C. Williamson, Ph. D. of the NC Community Colleges and guests, including representatives from the NC Chamber of Commerce, NC Independent Colleges, NC University System, NC Public Schools, NC Association of Community College Trustees, NC Association of Community College Presidents, NC Community College Faculty Association, NC Comprehensive Community College Student Government Association, NC Community Colleges Foundation, South Carolina College and University Presidents and the State Board of Community Colleges.
