State Board of Community Colleges schedules July meetings

RALEIGH – The State Board of Community Colleges will conduct a series of meetings the week of July 16. All are open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

• July 18, 10:30 a.m. – The Personnel Committee will meet by teleconference. The call will originate at the NC Community College System Office, 200 W. Jones St.
• July 18, 2 p.m. – The Multi-Campus Study Committee will meet by teleconference, originating at the NC Community College System Office. The ad hoc committee is reviewing the board’s criteria for designating multi-campus centers.
• July 19 – The board’s July meeting will begin at 11 a.m. with a tour of the equine facility at Martin Community College, 1161 Kehukee Park Road, Williamston. Committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m. in Building 1.
• July 20, 9 a.m. – The board will reconvene in the Craig F. Goess Student Center at Pitt Community College, 1986 Pitt Tech Road, Winterville.
