She specializes in brand development and strategic expansion, helping businesses elevate their image, strengthen customer connections, and move toward a more premium, enterprise-level presence. Her work spans a wide range of industries, and she is known for smart, creative solutions that enhance both brand perception and customer experience.
A multi-faceted design professional, Jenna has been recognized for elevating her clients’ marketplace presence and for leadership in creating positive change through community service. She creates clear, clever, and effective communication tools that shape how customers experience a business. Her philosophy is simple: no filler—just thoughtful work that helps clients communicate what they do best, tell their story, and move their mission forward.
Beyond her business, Jenna is deeply committed to building stronger rural communities. A seventh-generation entrepreneur, she grew up working in her family’s general store, the oldest family-owned and operated business in North Carolina. She has provided comprehensive branding for numerous local businesses and public entities, including the county where she was raised. For nearly a decade, Jenna has designed her county’s award-winning annual tourism guide. Outside of her business, Jenna launched a countywide roadside litter cleanup initiative that grew into a Keep America Beautiful affiliate and annual tradition involving local schools, drawing hundreds of volunteers, and collecting over 100,000 pounds of trash.
