Yoko Morris brings more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship development, nonprofit leadership, operations, and relationship-centered management to her work. Inspired by her experience supporting patients living with Long COVID through integrative medicine group visits, Yoko is building a business that combines compassion, collaboration, and evidence-informed practices to improve the lives of individuals navigating chronic illness.

Yoko Morris is a business professional with more than 22 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, operations, program leadership, customer engagement, and relationship-centered management. She specializes in building collaborative partnerships, leading teams, and developing innovative systems that strengthen organizations and communities. With a background spanning nonprofit leadership, retail management, manufacturing, and small business development, Yoko has successfully worked with small business owners across Western North Carolina.
Yoko, as a dedicated volunteer who served in hospice, platelet donations and foster parenting, has gained over 250 hours of training in trauma-informed care, resiliency practices, relational intervention, suicide prevention, and implicit bias awareness. This experience opened up the opportunity for her to serve as Co-Facilitator of Integrative Medicine Group Visits with the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where she supports patients living with Long COVID through mindfulness-based practices, advocacy, and patient- centered care.
Yoko has presented on panels for Project ECHO’s Long COVID & Fatiguing Illness Recovery Program and the Integrated Center for Group Medical Visits conferences, contributing insight to discussions attended by clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals worldwide. Known for her compassionate leadership style, Yoko brings a unique combination of operational expertise, creativity, and community-focused problem solving to every role she serves.
