Kelli Reale joined the North Carolina Community College System in January 2025 and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, most recently with Roper St. Francis Healthcare—a four-hospital health system in South Carolina with nearly 6,000 employees and $1 billion in net revenue. Throughout her career, Kelli has led initiatives in workplace culture, recruitment and retention, strategic planning, and training and development.
Known for her innovative approach, Kelli has successfully integrated data analytics, AI, and digital tools into HR operations to improve talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Master of Public Policy & Management from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
