Institutional Staff Information Report

Description:

The Institutional Staff Information Report includes a variety of employee information by employee, including but not limited to employment length, relevant employment dates, and salary data by funding source, to meet a state reporting requirement. Colleague uses permanent employee records to report all eligible employees based on their primary positions as of October 1 of each year.

How information is used:

Utilized for ad hoc reporting, program evaluation, and statistical analysis. The data is also used to ensure colleges are complying with the State salary schedule for college presidents.
