NC FAST Training Program (HSE-3220 & HRD-4000)
North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) is a program designed to improve the way the NC Department of Health and Human Services and county departments of social services do business.
- HSE-3220: Income Maintenance Caseworker - NC FAST
- HRD-4000: Human Service Exploration: DSS Casework
New, enhanced curriculum materials for HRD 4000 and HSE 3220 were introduced in January 2025 to better prepare students for success in human services casework.
Effective May 2025, all colleges were required to transition to the new curriculum materials for HRD 4000 and HSE 3220.
